In the col­or­ful world of Stere­o­funk there’s a lot going on: As we all know
oppo­sites cre­ate color. On the one hand intro­verted musi­clover, on the
other hand an acclaimed pro­ducer and DJ.
Next to elec­tronic, house and break­beat influ­ences, a big part of “funky
80s” can also be found on his mix­ing slab.  With his highly praised debu­tal­bum “Fools Planet” the DJ from Dresden

has def­i­nitely proved: he’s got the funk on his side!  The club anthem ” Cap­tain Funk”, fore­run­ner of the LP, was released in April 2009 on Moon­boo­tique Records. Apart from very pos­i­tive acknowl­edge­ment from around the world,  the music mag­a­zine Rav­e­line raised the track to “Heavy Rota­tion”.
Besides work­ing as a pro­ducer and DJ, Stere­o­funk is also known as the  head of the label Klang Gym­nas­tik Records.
Cat­a­log num­ber 20 is approach­ing and with a dig­i­tal­ized Sub­la­bel, it will be def­i­nite for the future to be just as col­or­ful, as before.
