The beautiful stadium-ready shine of ‚Good Times‘ is just the opener we need for such an EP. Bass-heavy and rolling, the anthemic synth strings and bright, singing melodies lift us up and away in no time!

‚Fair Game‘ continues the fun with a floating and spacey synth-pop excursion underpinned by typically heavy beats. As we flip over the playful ‚Clint Eastwood‘ chugs with 80s electronic disco flavour and a generous helping of crafty modern production as a restrained and teasing break envelops the mid-section of the track.

Finally the classic Chicago acid blips and funky swagger of ‚Amigoville‘ bring us back to earth with a heads down show-stopper for the clubs. Airy synths and infectious crescendos make this a reliably classy tune for the later hours.

Ante Perry‘s original ‚Flashing Disco Sounds‘ was released in 2008 — embracing the charismatic DJ‘s love for all that goes ‚flash‘ in the night. Flashing Disco Sounds Volume 2 takes us deeper and further into the swinging, dangerously sexy sound of Ante‘s current DJ style. This exclusive EP offers some special tracks taken from the CD, plus new and exciting remixes by the talented Audiojack, Tagteam Terror, and an all new bonus track from Ante!

The groovy disco bomb of ‚Hit The Floor‘ will make you do just that! Smooth, fluid loops grind in a hot cocktail d‘amour as Ante coerces us right into the middle of the action.

UK remixers Audiojack add their special heavy bass sound to the mix, presenting a slightly more stripped version that will no doubt work those dark, smoky club floors perfectly. Heavy bass growls along with filtering cuts of the original vocal.

Flashing Disco Sounds Volume 2 takes us deeper and further into the swinging, dangerously sexy sound of Ante‘s current DJ style. CD 1 is a superb journey mix moving from rumbling night time Deep House into energetic disco moments, and back again. CD 2 features 11 unmixed full exclusives taken from the mix — perfect for DJs and enthusiasts alike.

Over almost 80 minutes Ante Perry lays it down in his classy, smooth and nothing-but-professional trademark style. Johnny D‘s remix of Osunlade‘s ‚Pride‘ funks and shakes all over the spectrum and Stereofunk‘s epic ‚The Knife‘ charms its way to our hearts. Morning Factory‘s ‚Raw Tunes Vol.1‘ sounds like a true Berlin night-time adventure, leading to Ante closing the mix in fine style with San Soda‘s jazz infused, Chicago jam — ‚Maximum 150 Personen.‘

CD 2 — Unmixed

Breezing through 11 unmixed tracks, including many exclusives pro
duced for this album, we are treated to the full range of Ante Perry‘s production and song-writing skills. Ideal for DJs, enthusiasts, or simple those who love to experience every last detail, this second CD completes the package.

The super deep US vibed ‚DO-PE-69‘ opens with lush synth tones and a perfect reduced arrangement that simply oozes class. Moving quickly into party territory ‚Hit The Floor‘ makes its moves on the dancefloor, while Ante‘s collab with Tube & Berger, ‚1234‘, makes it very clear that these talented produces know their game — tense, dirty and overloaded with warped-disco-funk!

In the casually titled ‚God‘s Gift‘ Perry teams up with pal Kolombo in a retro-feel-good synth pop excursion. This is combined with the funk laden grooves of ‚AD EED‘, liquid bass gold melting all over the  stereo, and Ante proves his talents for one hell of a jam!

Tube & Berger team up once again with ‚Moltisanti‘, an energetic tech-houser with a modern, rich sound. Their third infectious collab on the album comes in the form of the french themed ‚Ever Never‘.  The real house vibes are unleashed thereafter, with Ante and Kolombo‘s remix of Jennifer Rostock. A heavy, cut-up vocal version of the bitter-sweet songstress‘ ‚Du willst mir an die Wäsche‘.

Ante concludes the unmixed CD with the bouncing beats of ‚Coffee Time‘ — direct for the club, and finally the chilled, ending vibes of ‚Happy Saloon‘ roll on in, with old time piano and live drums switching the focus towards a more free-rolling instrumental vibe.

Stereofunk provide a techier remix that treads the colourful lines between disco, tech house and cosmic exploration! Soaring synths and funking basslines combine in this italo-inspired treat for the dancefloor.
Hermanez drops some seriously heavy funk with his take on ‘Ever Never’. Rolling basslines and some pacey percussion make this a high-energy tool for the tougher house crowds.

All their artwork will be shown on 13th edition of Melt Festival on July 16th — 18th 2010 followed by vernissages and finissages in Hamburg and Berlin where all their work will be sold for a good cause!

Bass-weapon ‘Rage’ is indeed a raw and emotional slice of electronic house, 2010 style! Pulsating saw tooth basslines and pumping kicks sail hand in hand down a winding river of club-assured quality.

Dirty Disco Youth hand in a tight remix of the title track that re-works the vibe with the help of some brutal synths and bass-shaking frequencies. Clever edits, FX and open minded Italo-inspired passages open up into a magnificent break, pianos and all! Heavy work from this remixer to watch out for!
